The Site, in whole or in part, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. You may not use any “Hungry Raven Arts” logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark design as part of any link without our prior written permission.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Express Shipping

We offer express shipping. If you want to request an express shipment ou must contact us after you have placed your order. We will process your request upon receipt and validation of payment. All art purchased from us that does not specify "Usually ships in 24 hours" will be shipped by the requested method.

Art Descriptions

We attempt to describe the art offered on the site as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that art descriptions or other content of the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If art offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or credit.

The Site provides a venue for artists to show original works of art to users of the Site. To the extent you offer to purchase any original work of art from one of our artists, you hereby acknowledge and understand that you are responsible for:

1. Payment directly to Hungry Raven Arts.

2. Shipment of the work, insurance and risk of loss.

3. All applicable taxes and other costs.

4. Resolution of any dispute.

5. Complying with any applicable laws, restrictions, regulations that may pertain to the transaction. We provide this venue for your convenience only, and we assume no responsibility for and make no warranty or representation regarding any sale of original art.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

WE WARRANT THAT THE ART PROVIDED ON THE SITE WILL CONFORM SUBSTANTIALLY TO THE CORRESPONDING DESCRIPTIONS ON THE SITE WHEN ORDERED. EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY IN THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING SENTENCE, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR ART INCLUDED ON THE SITE, AND YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS OTHERWISE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
